I’ve been selling real estate for over 5 years now and have extensive knowledge in Residential Sales and Investments. Currently, I am a member of the Coldwell Banker, Gold Key Realty team, located right in the heart of Logan, Utah. I primarily conduct business in the beautiful Cache Valley, which includes Logan and its surrounding cities.
Just less than 3 years ago, I moved to the Cache Valley with my husband of 10 years and my charismatic 7 year old daughter. We have felt completely at home here, and can’t imagine living anywhere else!
In addition to completing the 90 hours of education required by the state of Utah to obtain a Real Estate Professional License, I have continued to increase my knowledge base to better serve my clients. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate and are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate trans- action. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities is critical, and as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist, I have this knowledge.
My attention to detail and obsession for organization has made me the agent I am today. It is also why my relationship with my clients extends much further than the closing table.
